Georgia Medicaid
We are a participating provider with Georgia Medicaid (Peach State, Amerigroup, WellCare, Caresource, and Molina). Telehealth and in-person visits are covered for eligible children.
Self-Pay Options
We offer transparent, affordable self-pay rates for families without insurance or whose insurance we do not accept. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Newborn Home Visits — Self-Pay Only
Our in-home newborn wellness visit program is a self-pay service and is not billed to insurance. Please contact us for current rates and to schedule your visit.
